Bickett Machine and Gas Supply, Inc. 1411 Robinson Ave. Portsmouth, has served the Scioto Valley since 1948, but under the present ownership since 1975.

Eric A. Lewis serves as outside sales representative and oversees the welding supply division.  Jeff Ellis oversees the Machine Shop Division. Bickett Machine & Gas Supply serves all welding, safety supplies, industrial and medical cylinder needs.  Along with Propane Gas and supplies, our machine shop is a complete job shop and carries the largest hydraulic hose and fitting inventory in the area and has been fabricating metal iron railing for since 1948.

In April 1999 Bicketts began pumping medical oxygen to service hospitals and medical supply companies. Our modern, state of the art pumping station produces pure medical gases for use in all medical applications.

In 2001 Bicketts opened its web site to provide more of the same professional service that they have provided for the last last half century.
